Because people have been asking me about my fitness goals…

  1. I’m not really shooting for a weight
  2. I used to weigh 254# I got down to 165 and now I’m back up to about 184-188# and thrilled
  3. I’m steadily gaining weight, healthy weight and that doesn’t bother me
  4. I like how I feel now more than how I look. I feel stronger, I’m not as tired, I feel like I can do more.
  5. To bench 225# but if I can’t I’m ok with that.
  6. To incline press 90# dumbbells 5 times, I’m currently at 75# 7 times
  7. Run a sub 20 min 5k
  8. I’m not on a “diet” I simply choose to eat healthy
  9. I’m satisfied with my progress, and if I “plateau” that’s ok with me because it’s a life long process of being fit not a means to a goal.
  10. I do it for me, and no one else.
